Hello, I’m Cara. I am a ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist, and qualified to distinction level in 2022.
I’ve since attended post qualification training in Pregnancy, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue and Warm Bamboo Massage.
I recently moved out of London and love my new life in Hertfordshire living on a boat with my partner, dog and cat. I have a car and mobile massage bed, so this makes it easy for me to travel to my clients.
Delivering quality massage energises me - I have always been drawn to helping people. I truly believe that is absolutely essential to consider the mind, body and spirit when healing anything, and I endeavour to bring long term relief and comfort to each individual I work with.
