Hello, I’m Cara. I am a ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist, and qualified to distinction level in 2022.
I’ve since attended post qualification training in Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue and Warm Bamboo Massage. I’m a qualified Reiki practitioner since 2024 and recently gained a diploma in Reflexology in 2025.
I am expecting a baby in May so am currently on maternity leave. I have recently moved to The Dedham Vale area of Suffolk, and am looking forward to building a new client base when I return to work in 2025!
